Engr. Abul KM ShamsQuddin, Project Director, TEFS of Khalashpir Coal Mine Project, presented the Project before Mr. Nasrul Hamid MP, Honorable State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, who visited Khalashpir Coal Mine TEFS Project (A concern of Hosaf Group of Companies) on 27 February 2015.

- Mr. Nasrul Hamid MP, Honorable State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, visited Khalashpir Coal Mine TEFS Project (A concern of Hosaf Group of Companies) on 27 February 2015. The Honorable State Minister was accompanied by Mr. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Chairman, Petrobangla and Mr. Alim A. Jamil, Director (Operations & Mines), Petrobangla and Managing Director and other officials of Barapukuria Coal Mining Company Limited (BCMCL).
- Engr. Abul KM Shamsuddin, Project Director, Khalashpir Coal Mine TEFS Project and former Managing Director, Pashchimanchal Gas Company Limited (PGCL), Petrobangla presented the present status of the project as well as explained the future program of the project to the distinguished guests in the Project site.
- Local elites, Pirganj Upazilla officers, local leaders of Awami League and local journalists attended the presentation ceremony. After the presentation, the Minister inspected the coal samples and store-yard. Before leaving project site office, the Minister informed the waiting local people, villagers and journalists about Govt. intention for early development of Khalashpir coal mine.
